Rumo TV Privacy Policy

1. OVERVIEW

Your privacy is very important to us. This Privacy Policy applies to the Rumo TV service and its related applications for web, TV, and mobile devices (“Applications”).

The Rumo TV logo is a trademark of NovoStream.
Channel logos used in the Applications are the property of their respective copyright holders and are used under license.

6. NO WARRANTIES

NovoStream makes no express or implied warranties (including, without limitation, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose) regarding the Rumo TV service, its Applications, materials, or any products, information, or services provided through them.
NovoStream shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Rumo TV service or Applications, even if notified of the possibility of such damages.
The service and Applications are provided on an “as is” basis.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold NovoStream, Rumo TV, its Applications, employees, and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service or violation of this Privacy Policy.

8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Brazil, including the LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados).
Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts at the place of NovoStream’s registration.
