How to install Rumo TV on an Android TV box

Install Rumo TV only through Google Play on a compatible Android TV box.

How to install the app

1. Turn on your Android TV box and make sure it is connected to the internet.
2. Open Google Play Store. If prompted, sign in to your Google Account.
3. Search for Rumo TV.
4. Select the Rumo TV app from the search results.
5. Select Install and wait for the installation to finish.
6. Select Open, or launch Rumo TV from your device’s list of apps.
7. Sign in using your Rumo TV login and password, or choose the option to sign in with your mobile phone number and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you cannot find the app

Rumo TV is available on Google Play only in Brazil. If your Google Play account is set to another country or region, the app will not appear in the store.

Change your Google Play country to Brazil by following Google’s instructions. You must be in Brazil and have a Brazilian payment method. Additional Google restrictions may apply, and the update can take up to 48 hours.

After the country change takes effect, open Google Play on your Android TV box and search for Rumo TV again.

If you cannot install the app

Check that:

• your Android TV box is connected to the internet;
• you are signed in to your Google Account in Google Play;
• there is enough free storage space on the device.

If the installation does not finish, restart your Android TV box and try again.

If Google Play is missing or the app is marked as incompatible, contact your internet provider to check whether your device is supported.

If the problem persists or you need help signing in to Rumo TV, contact your internet provider’s support team. Tell them your device model and the error message, if any.
