How to install Rumo TV on a Smart TV
The Rumo TV app can be installed through the official app store on compatible Samsung Smart TVs, LG Smart TVs, and TVs with Android TV. Compatibility depends on your TV model and operating system version.
How to install the app
1. Check that your TV is on and connected to the internet.
2. Press Home (the house icon) on your remote control and open your TV’s app store:
- Samsung Smart TV: Apps.
- LG Smart TV: Apps or LG Content Store.
- Android TV: Google Play Store.
3. Enter Rumo TV in the store’s search.
4. Choose Rumo TV from the search results.
5. Select Install to begin the installation.
6. Allow the installation to finish.
7. Launch Rumo TV.
8. Sign in using your login and password or your mobile phone number. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Menu and button names may vary depending on your TV model and software version.
If you need help signing in, contact your internet service provider.
If you cannot find the app
- Make sure you entered the app name correctly: Rumo TV.
- Make sure you are searching in your TV’s official app store.
- Ask your internet service provider to confirm whether your TV model and operating system version support Rumo TV.
If the app does not install
- Check your TV’s internet connection.
- Make sure there is enough free storage space on your TV.
- Check for TV software updates and install any available updates.
- Fully restart your TV’s operating system. Select Restart in the system settings or power menu, if available. Otherwise, follow the manufacturer’s instructions: turn off the TV, unplug it from the power outlet, wait for the recommended time, then plug it back in and turn it on. On LG TVs, disable Quick Start+ before disconnecting the power, if this feature is enabled.
- Once the TV has finished starting up, try installing the app again.
A brief press of the power button may only put the TV in standby mode without restarting the operating system.
