How to install Rumo TV on your smartphone or tablet

Rumo TV is available for iPhone, iPad, and Android phones and tablets.

Installation and sign-in

1. Connect your phone or tablet to the internet.
2. Open the Rumo TV page in the App Store for iPhone or iPad, or on Google Play for Android. You can also search for Rumo TV directly in your device’s app store.
3. Tap Get in the App Store or Install on Google Play. Confirm the download if prompted.
4. When installation finishes, open Rumo TV.
5. Sign in using your Rumo TV login and password or your mobile phone number. Follow the instructions in the app.

If you cannot find the app

Rumo TV is available to download only in Brazil. If your App Store or Google Play account is set to another country or region, the app will not be available for download.

To download it, change your store account’s country/region to Brazil, following the official instructions and requirements from Apple or Google.

If the app will not install

• Make sure your internet connection is working.
• Check that your device has enough free storage.
• Review the compatibility requirements on the app’s store page. If necessary, install an available system update.

If you cannot sign in, check that you entered your login and password or mobile phone number correctly, depending on your chosen sign-in method.

If the issue persists or you need help accessing your account, contact your internet service provider.
