(A14) Much Ado About Nothing

The young lovers Hero and Claudio are to be married in a week. As they prepare for their wedding, they decide, with Don Pedro's help, to trick Benedick, an arrogant bachelor, and Beatrice, his favorite training partner, into confessing their love. The plan works flawlessly, but problems arise in the form of Don John, who is jealous of his brother Don Pedro's power and his affection for Claudio. He conspires to stop the wedding, accusing Hero of infidelity.
